Welcome to DHN Glass. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website dhnglass.com (the “Site”) and any purchase of products from DHN Glass. The Site is operated by DHN Group, Inc. (d/b/a DHN Glass), doing business as DHN Glass (“DHN Glass”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

- “Customer”, “you”, “your” refers to any person accessing the Site or placing an order.
- “Products” refers to the glass railing systems, hardware, and related goods offered for sale on the Site.
- “Order” refers to a request to purchase Products submitted through the Site.
2. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Site, or interfere with any other party’s use of it. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials if you create an account.
3. Products and Pricing
We make every effort to display our Products and their prices accurately. However:
- All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD). A secondary display in U.S.
- All prices are subject to change without notice.
- We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or product descriptions, and to cancel any Order placed based on inaccurate information.
- Product images are for illustration purposes; actual products may vary slightly in appearance.
4. Orders and Payment
- By placing an Order, you make an offer to purchase Products subject to these Terms.
- We reserve the right to accept or decline any Order, in whole or in part.
- Payment is processed securely through our payment providers (Stripe). We do not store your full payment card details.
- Applicable sales taxes (including Florida state and county sales tax where required) are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping terms, delivery timeframes, zones, and fees are described in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
6. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return Policy. Custom-configured products may not be eligible for return. Please review the Return Policy before placing an Order.
7. Product Warranties
Our Products are engineered for durable performance. Any warranty applicable to a Product is described on the relevant product page or in accompanying documentation. Except as expressly stated, Products are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DHN Glass shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or the purchase or use of any Product. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and the federal laws of the United States applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.
